Welcome to the homepage for Location Management System. Users of this system can create, view and manage location codes and the corresponding details based on their access level.

It provides a view of all M&S stores, warehouses, head office and other assets or functions of M&S, within the United Kingdom and across the globe. These capabilities were previously handled within CLCAS - Corporate Location Code Allocation System. A Location Code is used in all M&S business systems to identify a location.

The coding schemes are :

Corporate Code : It is a 4 digit code . All locations will have a Corporate Code.

Food Code : It is a 3 digit code. All locations requiring food deliveries will have a Foods Code.

UCC Code : It is a 13 digit code which can be used to identify M&S locations in electronic trading with other organisations.
